Once your order is ready, our team coordinates your delivery appointment or pickup. Timing depends on product availability and destination.
Clear the delivery path, have someone aged 18 or older present, and inspect your furniture with the delivery team.
Our delivery service is available throughout Texas. We currently do not ship to addresses outside Texas.
Delivery timing depends on stock availability and your location. A shipping estimate is not a confirmed delivery appointment. Our team will coordinate the appointment once your order is ready. If your order contains backordered items, it will be scheduled together when all items are available.
Furniture unpacking, assembly and packaging removal are included with White Glove Delivery. Outdoor, Indoor and Room of Choice services do not include assembly or packaging removal. Electrical work, plumbing, wall mounting and construction are not included.
Measure the furniture's destination and its path through doors, hallways and stairs before ordering. Clear the route and tell our team about building access requirements, elevators and stairs when scheduling. An adult aged 18 or older must be available to receive and inspect the order.
Please wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation and arrange a pickup time before traveling to Plano. Your order confirmation alone does not mean the items are ready to collect.
Inspect your furniture on arrival and tell the delivery team about any visible damage or missing pieces. Contact DecoHub promptly with your order number and clear photos, and keep the original packaging. See our return and refund policy for the applicable terms.
